he anthology series will focus on the titular concepts that are innate to the publisher’s stories, and explore a variety of characters across the series, while also providing a “platform for new, emerging storytellers” to show their interpretations of DC’s catalogue. The first three issues will focus on Mari McCabe A.K.A. Vixen, as she teams up with Dr. Mist and Impala of the Global Guardians to defeat an ancient deity that has taken control of the body of a scientist investigating magical artifacts. Details as to the next creative team taking the reigns, or the characters featured in the anthology were not announced, with the press release only teasing that future issues of “Truth and Justice” will “showcase the heart and spirit of the wide-ranging characters featured across DC’s Multiverse.”
